First, you need to check if the issue is same on any of the performers you visit. If the issue occurs only in a specific room, the problem might be from the performer's end. Otherwise, you need to check if you already have Flash Player installed. If so, you MUST have the LATEST version. To ensure that you have installed the most recent version of Flash Player.
- Go to the Flash Player product page.
- Find the Version Information box on the Flash Player product page. The box displays the version of Flash Player that we detect on your computer.
- Compare the number in the box to the version for your platform in the list at the bottom of the page. If the versions do not match, uninstall Flash Player and install the most recent version.

IF you are certain that your Flash Player has been PROPERLY INSTALLED and you already have the LATEST version BUT still you can't see the performer's video. Try the following:
Check the following:
1. Is browser up to date?
2. Is javascript enabled?
3. Are cookies enabled?

Allow the website Flash content to play on your system
View the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager for your Flash Player installation:

Right-click on the performer's video screen.

Choose Global Settings.

Select the Global Storage Settings panel. The Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager opens.

Select Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer.

Restart your browser and try to visit any of the performers room .
