I just purchased credits but my account balance has not been updated. I checked my Bank account and I was charged.

Please provide us with the biller transaction code from your email receipt. Also, be advised that not all charges will post to your account, if you did not receive a receipt with a biller transaction code, the transaction has most likely failed. In some instances there is a temporary authorization against the card. If the transaction failed this charge will NOT post and wil disappear from your account.
