I just logged onto my performer account but I do not see my cam.

Make sure your video source is correct. To verify, right click your video screen and click Settings. This will open the adobe flash settings, click onto WEBCAM icon and make sure you have selected the correct webcam. You may also want to try this page to configure your webcam,
