How do I reativate my Performer account if it was Suspended for expired ID?

A notice is sent to your studio re the model that has an ID that will expire or has expired.  You have 2 weeks before the account will be Suspended and any unpaid earnings will be held.  If the new documents are not submitted before the deadline, the performer will be suspended.

To reactivate the suspended account, scans of a new ID and a photo holding the new ID are required.  You may submit the new documents via email to [email protected], via ticket or via Live Chat.  Please include the model's username and screen name and attach the documents.

The valid IDs that we accept are the following:  Postal, Passport, Drivers License, SSS/UMID, NBI Clearance, and State or National IDs.
