Log onto your Studio account and click on Add New Performer. Fill in the Registration info,
Personal info, Questionnaire, upload your documents (scans of ID, Model
Release form, photo holding ID) under 2257 Compliance and upload at least 4 photos
for the Gallery or one photo per category and for All Categories. When done, click Finish Registration and wait for approval.
NOTE: The ID must be valid at least 3 months before expiration. We accept the following IDs: Postal, Passport, Drivers License, SSS/UMID, and NBI Clearance.
