Send an email to [email protected] using your registered studio email address. Provide your studio username and the new email address you wish to use.
If you cannot access your registered studio email address, send the email using your new email address and provide the following:

Studio username
-
Old studio email address
-
New studio email address
-
Scan(s) of the studio beneficiary’s ID (Person who is listed on the Payee Info)

Photo of the beneficiary holding his/her ID.
NOTE: The photo you submit has to be a new photo. It CANNOT be the same photo you submitted for your Payee Info Legal Documents.
